The Ohlins air spring tube rebuild kit for their forks that have a 3-chamber air spring cartridge provides a more economical way to change travel/stroke.
- Includes a 90mm air tube and 2 sealing o-rings
- Relatively easy and economical travel change
- Interchangeable air tubes works with all Ohlins 3-chamber forks
- Intended for RXF fork series: RXF 36 m.2 (all) maximum travel: 180mm / RXF36 m.3 (29” wheel version) maximum travel: 160mm / RXF36 m.3 (27.5” wheel version) maximum travel: 170mm /170mm / RXF38 m.1, m.2, m.3 maximum travel: 180mm
- 90 mm tube intended to convert RXF36 forks for dirt jumping
- Provides a more economical way to change stroke however, requires 26mm ⌀ shaft clamps, Loctite 577, a cassette lockring tool, and a good set of Knipex to hold the sealhead while unthreading (all required tools and supplies sold separately)
- These air tubes are universal within the Ohlins 3-chamber air spring system, so be sure to not exceed the travel maximums set by the bushing overlap on each fork (e.g., don't put a 180mm air tube into an RXF36 m.3)
