Use a 1-1/8" threadless stem on a 1" threaded steerer with the Nitto CRC-8 quill stem to threadless adapter. The beautifully machined bolt cap keeps out the elements while the precisely knurled clamp area provides a secure spot for the threadless stem. Truly one of the nicest quill adapters ever made.
